Being an operations administrator at Trivium would provide the perfect opportunity to learn how our business runs both operationally and from an HR standpoint. You would be working closely with our Financial Manager and Principals to support Trivium’s back office operations. We are looking for someone energetic and enthusiastic, and with a real love of organization and process.
Sample responsibilities for this position include: writing purchase orders, helping out with administrative duties, sitting in on retrospectives and creating a ‘lessons learned’ document that synthesizes retrospectives across projects, onboarding new employees and organizing their first days on the job, setting up job listings for open positions, and tracking raises and reviews.
