Administrative Assistant

Being an administrative assistant at Trivium would provide the perfect opportunity to learn how our business runs both operationally and from an HR standpoint. You would be working closely with our Financial Manager and Principals to support Trivium’s back office operations. We are looking for someone energetic and enthusiastic, and with a real love of organization and process.

Sample responsibilities for this position include: helping out with administrative duties, running our office organization processes, helping to recruit  new employees by setting up job listings for open positions, and planning logistics for company events and travel.

In addition, we offer compensation for new business development:

  • $100 for anything under $10,000
  • $250 for $10,000-$50,000
  • $500 for $50,000-$100,000
  • $1000 for $100,000 and up

This position does not require prior experience in the field, but a degree in business or HR would be a plus. 

Responsibilities:

  • Order and manage all office supplies, snacks, etc, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely replenishment.
  • Help maintain overall office organization 
  • Track and distribute packages 
  • Take charge of planning and organizing office parties, happy hours, birthdays, client lunches, team awards, and project celebrations to foster a positive and engaging work environment.
  • Help organize and manage Principals’ calendars
  • Help book conference travel 
  • Oversee relationships with different pools of potential user testers; Set up regular user testing sessions in concert with project managers.
  • Run user testing sessions and collaborate feedback from user testers.
  • Lead in recruiting new talent; work with department heads to develop job descriptions and post to appropriate sites; organize candidates and ensure timely follow up for interviews. Assist with the recruitment process as needed.
